  1. Those Kronan bikes are supposedly Swedish, but maybe it’s produced in Eastern europe now.

  3. No, of course not!! That’s not what I meant... :)

    But: if it’s produced in Sweden it’s unlikely to be exported to the Netherlands, the prices would be too high. And now that I think of it, the price of a Kronan bike in Sweden it too low for it to be produced in Sweden. So I think it’s produced in eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia etc.) and sold all over Europe, including the Netherlands.

    Well, their website says: "Kronan Cykel is based in Stockholm, Sweden with production facilities located in Sollefteå in Northern Sweden, in Amsterdam, Holland and in Kross, Poland."
    So there.
