It wasn't a wide angle, actually. I mounted a 90mm lens on my Leica, so a light tele. And I was in Row 2, right behind the press photographers. Highbury (RIP - this was the last game there) was one of, no, _the_ last stadium(s) in the world where you could get this close to the action. One of many reasons to be sad now that it's gone. This was quite an emotional afternoon for me.

Henning - that's the CV Apo Lanthar. One of the best value for money lenses out there. I bet notraces Bob still regrets that he sold it to me ;)
