Take The Skinheads Bowling

There was a rather long discussion whether a demonstration of (neo) fascists against the construction of a new synagogue here in Bochum planned for today should be allowed or not.
Last week the courts ruled that yes, it should take place. In my opinion this was the right deciscion. And now f*** them and the horses they rode in on.

Hansnpansn

Hansnpansn is such an obscure word and so typical for the area I come from that nobody living 50 KM North, South, West or East would be able to understand it. Plus it's not translatable into any language.

iTunes Youth

Today the iTunes Music Store opened in Europe (France, UK and Germany for a start).
My first buy was rather spontaneous and happened to be "Sonic Nurse" by Sonic Youth. Needless to say that Vinyl ist still the real deal, though.
