Souvenirs
Going on holidays and just lie in the sun? Not me. I always try to soak up the local culture. And I also always try to make a point by bringing back home souvenirs reflecting this.
So I was extremely delighted when I found a collection of PEZ dispensers in a Cretan supermarket. I had not seen these childhood favourites for quite some time but just learned from studying the PEZ website that they're alive and kicking. Now on to track down the Sponge Bob collection.

Preveli & Spili
Two lovely kids and a very small cat inside the Preveli Monastery plus the Gas Station in Spili.
Unfortunately, Haldur Gislufsson was nowhere to be seen.

Miniature Church
These miniature churches can be found in all shapes and colours along the roads of Crete. Here's one somewhere in the middle of the mountains.
